8 week group program designed to explore the alchemical process present in any single situation you are living through. The goal is to empower you to move through each stage with an understanding that will allow you to see the bigger picture.
We will move together through the 7 steps of alchemy and identify where each of us are in the process.

Who is this for? This is for the hyper productive, already overly disciplined , just-do-it type peeps, and all around high performing humans who want to balance themselves with some gentle, playful, and slow practices.

We will be playing with the questions about softness and ease, applying principles of Wu Wei and wabi-sabi as well as spontaneity and ​lightness

The aim is detaching from outcomes and practice BEING , while in community. If any CHANGES are made they will be coming from a place of devotion to ease:

i.e. I wake up early to allow myself the ease of a slow morning ( coffee in bed, reading a book , staring at the ceiling without reason, etc.)
